Chandler
Weekes - President
Born
in 1967. Attended Valdosta State College. Chandler spent six
years in sales followed by five years as a Professional Mountain
Bike Racer then came to work for the company in 1998. He has
worked in the field as an Assistant Project Manager and a
Project Manager. In 2002 he assumed duties as Director of
Marketing and in 2004 as the Vice President of Operations.
In 2006 Chandler became President.

Hunter
Weekes - Vice President
Born in 1969. Attended Tulane University. Hunter spent 5 years
in St. Thomas working for Charter Sailboat and Trawlers Company.
He has worked for the company in the field for three years
and as an Assistant Project Manager working with Tom George
and Andy Roberson. In 2002 he assumed the responsibility of
Project Manager.

Ben
Owens - Project Manager
Born in 1976, B.S. in Construction Science & Management,
Clemson University. Five years experience in Commercial Construction.
Ben worked for Regional Commercial General Contractor building
churches and office/plant additions for Milliken & Company
and Michelin Tire. As well worked for Duke Power. Ben enjoys
Clemson football and golf.

Tyler
Amey - Project Manager
Born in 1972. B.S. Business Management, University of South
Carolina. Masters in Human Resource Development, Clemson University.
Four years of high-end residential construction experience
before joining Weekes in 2005. Tyler worked for G.E. while
attaining his Master’s at Clemson University. Tyler
and his wife Amy have two wonderful girls. When Tyler isn’t
spending time with his family he enjoys playing golf, golf
and more golf.

Eli
M. Narramore - Project Manager
Born in 1973. Graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University
of New Mexico in 2004 with a B. A. in English/Philosophy. Eli
spent four years as a U.S. Marine before moving into residential
construction, where he managed Palmetto Building and Renovation
before joining the Weekes Team. Eli left in 2001 to pursuer
his education and in 2005 returned to the fold. We are glad
to have him back. |

Tripp Rhoads – Project
Manager
Born in
1980, B.S. in Construction Science & Management, Clemson
University. Four years experience in commercial
construction. Tripp worked for T Square Design and
Construction building gymnasiums and shopping centers.
Additionally, he has worked for Shelco Contractors. Tripp
enjoys Clemson football and golf. |

Mike Burns – Assistant Project Manager
Born in
1979. B.S. in Business Administration, Presbyterian College.
Six years experience in the construction industry. Worked four
years in finance with the Fluor Corporation. Worked for two
years a purchasing & estimating director for a home builder in
Atlanta. Married in 2006. Greenville native, glad to be back in
the upstate. Enjoys all things outdoors, particularly hiking,
camping, and hunting.

Jake
Fine – Assistant Project Manager
Born in
1976. B.S. in Sociology, Clemson University. Jake has seven
years experience in the construction industry, five of those
years in building material sales. Jake lived in Atlanta for
three years after college before returning to the upstate to
marry his beautiful wife in 2005. He enjoys working in the yard
and home improvements, but most of all Clemson football (especially
tailgating).

1990, David L. Weekes was the founder and original organizer
of the Retail Contractors Association. Weekes Construction
is committed to the principles of the RCA.
Chandler
Weekes is currently on the Board of Directors (2005-2009)
for the RCA.

David
L. Weekes - Retired FounderBorn
in 1943. B.S. in advertising, university of Florida. 40 years
of experience in the construction industry. Started as a liaison
between management and the construction, building large apartment
complexes. Started own business in 1969 and proceeded to build
four large apartment projects in North Carolina, South Carolina
and Virginia. Acted as developer, contractor, etc. on these
projects. Since that time, has been involved in all types
“light construction”, principally in mall and
commercial work.
