Chandler Weekes
President
Chandler attended Valdosta State College and worked in sales for six years before joining Weekes Construction in 1998, where he worked as both an Assistant Project Manager and a Project Manager. In 2002, he was promoted to Director of Marketing. In 2004, he became the Vice President of Operations, followed shortly by the role of President in 2006.
Ben Owens
Vice President
A graduate of Clemson University with a B.S. in Construction Science and Management, Ben has over 20 years of project management experience across the retail, medical, industrial, and municipal sectors. Since joining Weekes Construction in 2004, he has excelled in fostering long-term strategic partnerships. Ben’s approach is built on a foundation of exceptional quality, competitive pricing, and an impeccable record of meeting or exceeding deadlines. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing golf, weekends at the lake, and cheering on Clemson football with his wife and three children.
Project Executives
Andy Roberson
Andy joined the Weekes team in 2018. With an associate degree in architectural engineering, he has managed educational, office, and retail projects during his 30 years in the construction industry. Andy and his wife Pam have three girls who enjoy soccer, biking, rock climbing, and their pug, Mumford.
Danielle Murray
Danielle earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeastern University in 2011. She joined Weekes Vendor Relations department in February 2014 as a Project Coordinator. Danielle currently serves in an Assistant Project Manager role. In her free time, she loves to play with her puppy Sally, be in the community, find good art, and listen to live music.
Frank Jaworski
Frank joined Weekes Construction following a distinguished 25-year career in the United States Air Force. After serving as a Superintendent for a year, he transitioned into his current role as an Assistant Project Manager, where he applies the same rigors of quality assurance and resource management he mastered in the military. With an Associate’s degree in Avionics Systems Technology and a background spanning communications, navigation systems, and production superintendency, Frank brings unparalleled technical precision to every job site. Outside of work, he stays active cycling and hiking, and enjoys quality time with his family.
Project Managers
Sam Bell
Sam joined the Weekes Construction team with over 20 years of experience spanning both residential and commercial construction. Having owned and operated his own general contracting company for eight years, Sam brings a unique “owner’s perspective” to every project he manages. His hands-on background as a skilled carpenter, combined with his expertise in remodels and new construction, ensures a deep understanding of craftsmanship and project flow. Outside of the construction world, Sam has shared his talents as a bicycle mechanic and within the craft brewing industry, reflecting his lifelong passion for precision and local community.
Andi Vickery
Andi joined Weekes in May 2019 after earning her B.S. in Business Management from Clemson University. She began her career in the accounting department and went on to hold roles as a Project Coordinator, Procurement Coordinator, and Assistant Project Manager before ultimately stepping into her current role as Project Manager. Outside of work, Andi enjoys spending time with her dogs, Millie and Jenny.
Sadie MacMillan
Sadie moved to Greenville from San Diego in April 2020 and joined Weekes in September 2020. She attended university in California and then lived for two years abroad, visiting England, Germany, New Zealand, and Australia. Before joining Weekes, she worked in real estate property management. Sadie enjoys being active and outside, especially with her family and beautiful dog, Kipling.
Dottie Lawson
With over 25 years in commercial construction, Dottie has been a vital addition to the Weekes team since June 2025. Her career spans a wide array of complex builds, from high-security municipal sites to environmental projects. Dottie bridges the gap between the field and the office with her additional background in construction accounting and safety compliance. When she isn’t managing a job site, you can find her at a concert, in the gym, or planning her next travel adventure with her friends and family.
Richard Bartels
Rich joined the Weekes family in July 2025. With a Bachelor of Science degree from The Citadel. Rich has over 26 years of Project Management experience in Commercial and Industrial Construction to include office, institutional, medical, industrial, multifamily, parks and recreation, municipal and ecumenical projects. Outside of work he enjoys woodworking, stained glass making, fishing, boating and spending time with his wife and two boys.
Scott Ashbridge
Scott joined Weekes Construction in September 2025 as a Project Manager, bringing a decade of specialized experience in high-profile corporate interior renovations. A graduate of York College of Pennsylvania with a degree in Finance, Scott relocated from New Jersey after a successful career managing complex projects in the New York City market. His background in the fast-paced world of NYC interiors provides him with a unique perspective on precision, efficiency, and high-end finishes. Scott’s financial acumen and project expertise make him a vital asset to the Weekes team and our corporate clients.
Assistant Project Managers
Tonya Cook
Tonya received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Furman University. She has over 24 years of experience in construction and joined Weekes Construction in 1997. Tonya enjoys running, cycling, and 9 Rounds (kickboxing).
Sylvia Pham
Sylvia graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Aside from work, she enjoys traveling, attending music festivals, and hiking.
Project Coordinators
Crystal Worley
Crystal graduated from Tri-County Technical College with a Diploma in Medical Assisting and was a medical assistant for 18 years before starting her adventure in construction. Crystal Joined Weekes Construction in August 2022. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending time with her friends and family and her dog, Molly.
Lindsey Garcia
Lindsey joined Weekes Construction in March 2024. She brings a fresh perspective, blending her background in real estate with administrative and office management skills. She has a Bachelor’s in Creative Arts from San Jose State University, which contributes to her creative approach to problem-solving and project execution. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Gabi Ford
Gabi joined the Weekes team in November of 2024 as one of our Project Coordinators. She graduated from Greenville Tech in 2021 with an Associates in Applied Science with a focus in Marketing, and has worked in the construction world going on 5 years! Outside of work, Gabi enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her amazing friends and family.
Elizabeth Turner
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of North Georgia and has over six years of experience in the construction industry. She combines a strong foundation in business with extensive, real-world construction knowledge. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling and being with her family and dog Obi.
Ashlie Shelley
Originally from Amarillo, TX, Ashile moved to Greenville 2021. With experience in property management and non-profit, Ashlie brings a unique skill set and joined the Weekes team in May 2025. In her spare time, Ashlie enjoys finding great new restaurants and spending time with her husband, young son, and puppy dog, Pippa.

Neal George, MBA, CMA, CFM, CGMA
Controller
Neal has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Clemson University and a master’s in business administration. He is a certified management accountant, a certified financial manager, and a chartered global management accountant. He is a past board member of the Greenville Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants and the Construction Financial Managers Association South Carolina chapter.
Susan Mansfield
Accounts Payable Manager
Susan attended the University of Tennessee. She worked in accounting for 16 years before joining Weekes Construction In March 1998. In her spare time, Susan enjoys spending time with her granddaughters and painting acrylics.
Sheryl White
Accounts Payable Coordinator
Sheryl attended East Carolina University, where she majored in Special Education. She joined the Weekes team in 1990 and has over 27 years of experience in the construction industry. She enjoys reading, antiques, and spending time with her family.
Traci Smith
Accounts Receivable Manager
Traci graduated from Piedmont Technical College. She joined Weekes Construction in 2024. In her free time she enjoys riding her motorcycle and playing with her huskies.
Ruber Labib
Accounts Payable Coordinator
Ruber earned a B.S. in accounting from the University of South Carolina – Upstate. He joined Weekes Construction in 2024 as an Accounts Payable Coordinator. He likes to spend his time playing soccer and pickleball with friends, or spending time with family.
Office Manager
Kevin Rupe, MS, CSM
Kevin joined the Weekes family in July 2025. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Kevin worked in technology/telecom for 25 years before making an industry switch into construction. He specializes in translating complex challenges into agile solutions. His background as an agile leader gives him a unique, big-picture perspective on business efficiency, operations and technological integration. Outside of work he enjoys off-roading, hiking, and outdoors with his wife, family and friends.
Bidding Department
Lois Keenan
Lois has lived in South Carolina since 1987. She has worked as a legal administrative assistant and an insurance agent. Lois joined Weekes Construction in August 2013. She is a volunteer firefighter.
Amber Newland
Amber attended North Greenville University and earned a B.S. in Business Administration. She joined Weekes in 2022. Outside of work, Amber loves traveling, hiking, and athletics, specifically lacrosse and basketball.
Hunter Bearden
Hunter is a native of the Upstate South Carolina area with five years of experience in the construction industry. He previously worked in operations for a demolition contractor, where he developed a strong appreciation for the construction field. Hunter made the jump to General Contracting and joined Weekes Construction in February 2026. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, following sports, and traveling.
