Chandler Weekes
President
Chandler attended Valdosta State College and worked in sales for six years before joining Weekes Construction in 1998, where he worked as both an Assistant Project Manager and a Project Manager. In 2002, he was promoted to Director of Marketing. In 2004, he became the Vice President of Operations, followed shortly by the role of President in 2006.
Ben Owens
Vice President
A graduate of Clemson University with a B.S. in Construction Science and Management, Ben has over 20 years of Project Management experience in Commercial Construction, including retail, office, institutional, medical, industrial, and municipal projects. Since joining Weekes Construction in 2004, he has excelled in maintaining client-based strategic partnerships. Ben weighs heavily upon his reliance on exceptional quality, competitive pricing, and an impeccable record of maintaining or exceeding deadlines. He enjoys family time with his wife and three children, playing golf, weekends at the lake, and Clemson football games.
Project Executives
Andy Roberson
Andy joined the Weekes team in 2018. With an associate degree in Architectural Engineering, he has managed educational, office, and retail projects during his 30 years in the construction industry. Andy and his wife Pam have three girls who enjoy soccer, biking, rock climbing, and their pug, Mumford.
Danielle Murray
Danielle earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeastern University in 2011. She joined Weekes in February 2014 as a Project Coordinator. Danielle currently serves in an Project Executive. In her free time, she loves to play with her puppy Sally, be in the community, find good art, and listen to live music.
Frank Jaworski
Frank brings over 25 years of diverse experience in the Air Force, where he served as a communications and navigation systems technician, quality assurance inspector, financial resource advisor, and production superintendent. After his military career, he transitioned into construction, serving as a superintendent and now serves as a Project Executive at Weekes Construction. He holds an Associate’s degree in Avionics Systems Technology.
Project Managers
Sam Bell
Sam has worked in residential and commercial construction for over 20 years. As a carpenter and project manager for remodels and new construction, Sam owned and operated a general contracting company for eight years. His resume includes time spent in the craft brewing industry and working as a bicycle mechanic.
Andi Vickery
Andi became part of Weekes in May 2019 after earning a B.S. in Business Management from Clemson University. She started her career in the accounting department, later moving through roles as a Project Coordinator and Procurement Coordinator, eventually taking on the role of Project Manager. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, Millie and Jenny.
Dottie Lawson
Dottie joined Weekes in June 2025 as a Project Manager. While attending Greenville Technical College to begin her teaching degree she stumbled into the construction industry and never looked back. She has over 25 years of experience in Commercial Construction, including office, institutional, retail, medical, industrial, municipal, security and environmental projects. Dottie also has a background in construction accounting, safety and contract administration. Outside of work she enjoys attending concerts, traveling, going to the gym, painting and spending quality time with her family, boyfriend, friends, and her dogs.
Rich Bartels
Rich joined the Weekes family in July 2025.
Scott Ashbridge
Scott joined Weekes Construction as a Project Manager in September 2025 after relocating from New Jersey. He holds a Finance degree from York College of Pennsylvania and has a decade of experience in corporate interior renovations, primarily in New York City. With a strong background in managing high-profile interior projects, Scott adds valuable expertise and perspective to the Weekes Project Management team.

Tonya Cook
Tonya received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Furman University. She has over 24 years of experience in construction and joined Weekes Construction in 1997. Tonya enjoys running, cycling, and 9 Rounds (kickboxing).
Sadie MacMillan
Sadie moved to Greenville from San Diego in April 2020 and joined Weekes in September 2020. She attended university in California and then lived for two years abroad, visiting England, Germany, New Zealand, and Australia. Before joining Weekes, she worked in real estate property management. Sadie enjoys being active and outside, especially with her family and beautiful dog, Kipling.
Sylvia Pham
Sylvia graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Aside from work, she enjoys traveling, attending music festivals, and hiking.

Crystal Foster
Crystal graduated from Tri-County Technical College with a Diploma in Medical Assisting and spent 18 years working as a dedicated medical assistant before making a career change into the construction industry. She joined Weekes Construction in August 2022, bringing her strong work ethic and attention to detail to her new role. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her beloved dogs, Molly and Ferguson.
Lindsey Garcia
Lindsey joined Weekes Construction in March 2024. She brings a fresh perspective, blending her background in real estate with administrative and office management skills. She has a Bachelor’s in Creative Arts from San Jose State University, which contributes to her creative approach to problem-solving and project execution. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Elizabeth Turner
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of North Georgia and has over six years of experience in the construction industry. She combines a strong foundation in business with extensive, real-world construction knowledge. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling and being with her family and dog Obi.

Gabrielle Ford
Gabi joined the Weekes team in November of 2024 as one of our Project Administrators. She graduated from Greenville Tech in 2021 with an Associates in Applied Science with a focus in Marketing, and has worked in the construction world going on 5 years! Outside of work, Gabi enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her amazing friends and family.

Neal George, MBA, CMA, CFM, CGMA
Controller
Neal, a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Clemson University and a Master of Business Administration. He is a former board member of both the Greenville Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants and the Construction Financial Managers Association of South Carolina.
Susan Mansfield
Accounts Payable Manager
Susan attended the University of Tennessee. She worked in accounting for 16 years before joining Weekes Construction In March 1998. In her spare time, Susan enjoys spending time with her granddaughters and painting acrylics.
Sheryl White
Accounts Payable Coordinator
Sheryl attended East Carolina University, where she majored in Special Education. She joined the Weekes team in 1990 and has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. She enjoys reading, antiques, and spending time with her family.
Traci Smith
Accounts Payable Coordinator
Traci graduated from Piedmont Technical College. She joined the Weekes team in 2024. In her free time she enjoys riding her motorcycle and playing with her huskies.
Ruber Labib
Accounts Receivable Manager
Ruber earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of South Carolina – Upstate. He joined the Weekes family in 2024. He likes to spend his time playing soccer and pickleball with friends, or spending time with family.

Lois Keenan
Lois has lived in South Carolina since 1987 and joined the Weekes family in August 2013. She has worked as a legal administrative assistant, an insurance agent, and is a former EMT and volunteer firefighter. She and her 7 siblings are the proud children of their West Virginia Coal Miner father. She also has too many cats to name!
Amber Newland
Amber attended North Greenville University and earned a B.S. in Business Administration. She joined Weekes in 2022. Outside of work, Amber loves traveling, hiking, and athletics, specifically lacrosse and basketball.
Ashlie Shelley
Originally from Amarillo, TX, Ashlie moved to Greenville in 2021. With experience in property management and non-profit, Ashlie brings a unique skillset and joined the Weekes team in May 2025. In her spare time, Ashlie enjoys finding great new restaurants and spending time with her husband, young son, and puppy dog, Pippa.
Office Manager/HR Coordinator
Kevin Rupe, MSDA, CSM
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a Master of Science degree in Data Analytics. He is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). He has 25 years of experience in telecom & technology joining Weekes in July 2025. In his free time, he loves to spend time outdoors with his wife, children, family and his dog Gnocchi.
